BOOKING & DEPOSITS
Deposits are required to hold your appointment date & time.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Deposits go towards your tattoo total unless stated otherwise.
Deposits secure appointment TIME only and are not payment for completed artwork.
Appointments under $100 may transfer their deposit ONE TIME only if rescheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment.
Appointments valued over $100 require a full rebooking if canceled or rescheduled. Larger appointments block off extended time and preparation, therefore a new deposit will be required to secure another date.
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Last minute reschedules may be denied.
Same day cancellations will result in an additional cancellation fee before booking again.
No call / no shows automatically forfeit their deposit and may be declined from future bookings.
Quotes given online are ESTIMATES only. Final pricing may vary in person depending on size, placement, detail, skin condition, body proportions, and final tattoo flow.
Shop minimum is $100 unless there is an active sale or promotion.
Accepted payment methods may vary. Please confirm payment type before your appointment.
Please use a REAL working email when booking. My booking system automatically sends the studio address and appointment information to your email.
APPOINTMENT RULES
After 10 minutes late, a late fee may apply. After 15–20 minutes your appointment may be canceled depending on the day’s schedule.
Please arrive alone unless your guest is your ride or receiving a tattoo service as well due to limited studio space.
Absolutely no children or pets allowed inside the studio.
Please wear clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area being worked on.
Please avoid wearing white or expensive clothing to your appointment. Ink, stencil products, soap, and other materials used during the tattoo process may stain clothing.
Please eat and stay hydrated before your appointment. Low blood sugar can increase chances of dizziness or fainting during tattoo sessions.
If you are sick, coughing, feverish, or contagious please reschedule your appointment.
Do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
Valid government-issued ID is required at all appointments.
Minors MUST have a notarized parental consent form. 16 & 17 year olds only.
A parent/guardian MUST be physically present with minors during the appointment.
TATTOO INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS
Pricing may increase for cover ups, scar cover ups, hand/finger tattoos, neck tattoos, ribs, detailed color work, or difficult placements.
Neck, hand, finger, face, and cosmetic-visible placements may be declined depending on age, profession, skin condition, and tattoo experience.
Finger, hand, foot, and fine line tattoos may fade faster due to body placement and lifestyle factors. Touch ups on these areas may be needed more frequently.
Clients are responsible for informing the artist of allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to the appointment.
If using numbing cream, you MUST inform me beforehand. Certain numbing products may affect the tattoo process and healed results.
By booking, you understand healed results vary based on skin, lifestyle, aftercare, and body placement. Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
I am not responsible for touch ups needed due to picking, scratching, poor aftercare, sun exposure, swimming, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Touch ups on my work are FREE with the purchase of another tattoo. If you only want a touch up appointment, a setup/material fee deposit will be required.
For sanitary reasons, all setup/materials used during your appointment are single use and disposed of after each client.
STUDIO POLICIES
This studio is a safe, welcoming, and judgment free environment for EVERYONE. All races, body types, sizes, genders, sexualities, identities, religions, and backgrounds are welcome here. Whether you are heavily tattooed, getting your very first tattoo, shy, anxious, alternative, LGBTQ+, plus size, masculine, feminine, or anywhere in between, you deserve to feel comfortable, respected, and safe during your tattoo experience.
Disrespect, discrimination, harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, or inappropriate behavior towards myself, my clients, or anyone inside the studio will NOT be tolerated under any circumstance.
Please respect the studio space and equipment. Any intentional damage to studio property, furniture, electronics, decorations, or equipment may result in replacement charges. You break it, you buy it.
Absolutely NO weapons, firearms, or dangerous items are permitted inside the studio at any time regardless of permit status. Anyone arriving with weapons/firearms may be refused entry and appointment cancellation policies will still apply.
I reserve the right to refuse any tattoo design, placement, or request I do not feel comfortable performing.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, aggressive, under the influence, or makes me uncomfortable in any way.
Excessive design changes after the design process has started may require an additional fee.
Failure to follow studio policies may result in cancellation of your appointment without refund.
Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio and promotional purposes unless discussed otherwise beforehand.
All custom tattoo designs remain property of the artist until tattooed.
Tips are appreciated but NEVER mandatory.
